We believe getting your new furniture should be as enjoyable as choosing it. We offer flexible delivery options tailored to your needs, from standard doorstep drop-offs to full-service assembly.

Delivery Options & Pricing

1. Front Door Delivery (Standard)

  • Cost: $49 flat rate
  • Details: Our default option for larger furniture. We deliver your items, in their boxes, to the first dry, safe area at your location (such as your front door, garage, or building lobby).
  • Note: This is a contactless service; a signature is not required. If you live in a walk-up apartment without an elevator, please contact us in advance, as some carriers may have restrictions regarding stairs.

3. In-Room Delivery

  • Cost: $119 flat rate
  • Details: Let us handle the heavy lifting. Our team will bring your boxed items beyond the threshold and place them in the specific room of your choice.
  • Note: A signature is required upon delivery.

How Delivery Works

Step 1: Scheduling
Once your order is prepped and ready, our local delivery partner will contact you directly to schedule a delivery window that works for you. If you choose Courier Shipping, you’ll simply receive a tracking link.

Step 2: The Day of Delivery
On the big day, you will receive a notification when the delivery team is approximately 30 minutes away. Please ensure the path to the room is clear and that there is sufficient space for assembly if you selected that option.

Step 3: Packaging & Unboxing
Please note that our delivery partners do not remove or dispose of packaging materials. We strongly recommend keeping all original boxes until you are certain you love your new piece, as original packaging is required for any returns or exchanges.


Important Delivery Policies

Certificate of Insurance (COI)
Does your building require a Certificate of Insurance for deliveries? We can help.

  • Please email us at cs@furnhub.net immediately after placing your order.
  • If your building has a specific sample or template, please attach it. Otherwise, provide the building management’s name, address, and required coverage amount.

Refused Deliveries

  • Exchange: If you refuse an item upon delivery because it doesn’t fit or look right, let us know immediately. We will process an exchange. You will only be charged or refunded the difference in product price; no additional shipping fees will apply.
  • Return: If you refuse delivery without requesting an exchange, it will be processed as a standard return. You will be refunded the item cost minus a $49 return shipping fee. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

Communication Delays
If your order status shows it is with a local partner, but they have not contacted you within two business days, please reach out to our support team. We will facilitate the connection to get your delivery scheduled ASAP.
